i genuinely need help Lately, with all the news and reels about violence against women, some of my female friends have started telling me things like, “It doesn’t even feel safe to be around any man anymore.” Honestly, I can understand why they feel that way. If I were a woman constantly seeing stories like that, I’d probably become more cautious around men too. The thing is, when a friend tells me this, I don’t want to respond with “not all men” or start trying to prove that I’m a good guy. I know how I treat my friends, but I also understand that telling her “you can trust me” doesn’t magically make that fear disappear. So, as a man, how would you respond to a female friend saying something like this? What can you say that is genuinely comforting without becoming defensive, dismissing her fear, or making the conversation about yourself? also what does the flair high sodium content mean submitted by /u/anurocks7
