I keep seeing two completely opposite takes on dating. Women often say: “The bar for men is literally on the floor. Just be respectful, emotionally mature, hygienic, communicate properly, have some direction in life, and you’re already ahead of many guys.” However at the same time, most men say that Dating is harder than ever. They are expected to be good-looking, confident, interesting, financially stable, socially skilled, have a decent career, plan good dates, make the first move, and still deal with ghosting or getting no matches.
