I’m F with a 45M partner and he’s been going through a depression recently. I myself have been as well tbh, but he is much less likely to admit it. So when he told me, I knew it was bad. We’ve been together some years now and I do my best to let him know that I love and support him as well as his passions. His confidence has been pretty low and work has been pretty demanding as well. We game together, do all the typical couple things, we smoke together, all that. We babble about the things we like to each other and it’s my favorite thing to hear him yap on about something he cares about, especially since he is verrrry introverted. He’s not the biggest talker and I’ve noticed he tends to communicate with actions more than words. I’m trying my best. I want to hear what things a woman does, small or big, that makes you feel special and loved? What actions make a big impact? submitted by /u/Kitchen_Plastic1158
