Almost anything built would have to be coded into models and I can’t think of a way to do that where an advanced AI could not get around code safe guards. Analog radio triggered power cutoffs to data centers would only stop resources used by AI. Copies of the code will be all over outside data centers. Honestly don’t think it can be done in a foolproof way.
