For context, we’ve been together for a few years, i went through a financial struggle (my own fault) in the middle of it, she lent me money to help me get out, ive paid her back since. Its been some time since But I cant help but feel like since then ive been respected less and less little by little. We have our disagreements every now and then, mainly about communication. Long story short today she was angry on the phone because I had taken longer at work then went to the gym without notice, when i called her back, she start speaking about how I dont make her feel special anymore, how I dont care about her, and that shes had closer relationships to fuckbuddies than she has to me. I personally find this extremely disrespectful and I ended the conversation for the night but now im just sitting here replaying everything. I care for the girl a lot but I also care about respect and dont think hurtful things like that should be said to anyone unless your intentionally trying to bring a person down. submitted by /u/Specialist-Topic-844
