Every new GPT or Claude release seems to trigger the same debate: which model is the best? I’m starting to think “best” is becoming the wrong question. One model may feel better for coding, another for long documents, another for tone and conversation, and another for structured tasks. The differences also seem to depend on context length, tool use, latency, price, and how much correction the user has to do afterward. The model that produces the nicest first answer may not be the one that saves the most time. For people who have tried the newer GPT and Claude models, what changed your daily workflow the most? Was it raw answer quality, fewer hallucinations, better coding, longer context, or simply lower effort? submitted by /u/yi111
