Where it actually falls apart: Benchmark flexing vs. reality: Aces academic tests, but fumbles real-world edge cases and complex code. Aggressive nanny-mode: Safety rails so tight they suffocate actual usefulness. Corporate bloat: Lean labs iterate at lightning speed while Google ships like a committee.
