Hello all, I ordered some stuff from a shop in Zurich online. asian grocery stone in Zurich registered as a swiss business. I live in Lausanne. I ordered it on 13th August and they were supposed to deliver my order in 2-3 days. But I have not received anything till today 24th September (more than a month later). I called and messaged the seller many times. He used to say they will ship soon in the beginning but nowadays isn’t picking my phone or replying anymore. I order stuff that is around 220 CHF. I said I don’t want the order anymore and give me a refund. But they are not replying to me at all. I used to order from this store before and things used to arrive properly within 2-3 days. But this time, they are not sending or refunding. As if they are ignoring me completely. I don’t know what to do, where to go for help. Can someone please help me with what I do now?
