I’ve always found this advice a little confusing. On one hand, people tell you to accept yourself and be comfortable with who you are.On the other hand, becoming a better man usually means changing things about yourself ,your habits, mindset, discipline, career, relationships, finances, etc. So where do you draw the line?How do you know whether you’re genuinely accepting yourself or just using “this is who I am” as an excuse not to grow? for the older guys here, has your idea of what it means to “be yourself” changed as you’ve gotten older? submitted by /u/koimat
