For me, it’s being able to run a sub-8-minute mile. If I can do that, I feel pretty good about my physical health. For context, I’m a Millennial. So curious, what’s that one specific, random baseline metric or everyday task you use to prove to yourself that you’ve “still got it”? It’d be interesting to see how this changes depending on the era we grew up in.
