I posted this about an hour ago when I was stressed and didn’t realize my post was too vague, I apologize I am a teenage male who’s been looking forward towards being an adult for the entirety of my life. The finish line is visible but I’m struggling to think of ways to feel fulfilled and look back on this time fondly when I’m older while simultaneously counting down the days. A lot of people say that they miss being a kid (when older), and the only thing that I want is freedom. I know that it’s so close, but I just can’t stop thinking about my current position. I’m so excited for college because I can have so many experiences on my own accord. I can work towards a career, do dumb shit, party (safely), live, learn, and develop new relationships.
