My best friend is visiting and she’s recently single and horny as hell. She downloaded Feeld while she was visiting and let me look at the profiles. What I couldn’t understand was why so many guys would literally put their height as the first thing on their profile. And I don’t mean in one of the filled criteria bits, literally in the first bit of open text they could write it would say 6’3, 6ft etc. etc. and then all the rest about them. Look I’m not oblivious to the fact that dating has become strangely harder, but why is everything being reduced to something like this? I’m 5’6 and never in my dating life has height played into it. I’ve dated guys taller and shorter than me. And sure, I often see groups of tall gays (and I think tall 4 tall is surely a thing). But to preclude it all on height seems insane.
