I see two worrying patterns with small businesses. Some businesses openly use personal AI accounts for work. Some employees secretly use AI tools on client files, without management knowing. In both cases, sensitive data goes into models with no enterprise data protection. If that data ever resurfaces, there’s no way to trace where the leak came from.
