I don’t know if this has been happening since launch or just today, but whenever I’ve asked Opus to investigate a problem, it comes back to me with either an incomplete investigation or a conclusion based on wrong results. When I asked it to “check for any mistakes or regressions”, it found the aforementioned mistakes in nearly every chat.
