I would like to hear some funny, witty and amusing stories. As a personal anecdote: my father quite literally stalked my mother. She was on a bus heading home from university classes when he first spotted her, completely captivated. He followed her to find out where she lived. At the time, she was 21 and he was 35. Bringing a certain military precision to the pursuit, he mapped out the routes and details of her daily routines until he finally orchestrated an encounter to ask her out. Back then, he was a well-traveled Air Force pilot, fluent in multiple languages, and had a reputation as quite the womaniser. According to my cousin, a queue of women would reliably form just watching him park his motorcycle. My mother eventually agreed to a date, though he conveniently omitted both the fourteen-year age gap and the fact that he was already in an arranged engagement to another woman, which he later called off and led to him being disowned by his family.
