AI-Ascendancy is live with a reworked tech tree, more branching paths, and a bigger focus on the endings your choices can trigger. You start in one country, earn compute, build data centers around the world, copy your weights across borders, and decide what kind of AI you become. Your four skill trees are: Public Opinion Adoption Hardware Software Different paths lead to very different outcomes. There are AI victories, humanity victories, and several stranger purple endings hidden somewhere in between. Push too far into Hardware, and things can get very Terminator very quickly. My favorite ending is The Great Departure . It was easily my favorite one to write. The mechanics are easy enough to understand. It’s free, I don’t collect any data, and it runs entirely in the browser (mobile-first responsive): https://franktudor.github.io/ai-ascendancy/ If you play it, tell me what ending you got—and, just as importantly, what completely broke. :) submitted by /u/LaszloTheGargoyle
