Sometime ago I subscribed to a salt contract whislt being away on vacation. I mistakingly also put the wrong number on the delivery address. But when I came back I received bills from salt, whist I never put my bank account on their system. As I never received the SIM card, I decided to cancel my contract with them ( for other unrelated reasons). But now salt still wants me to pay the bills for 3 months of contracts but I never could even use their service since I never got the SIM card. And I’m not willing to give them money for free. Money is a retribution in exchange of a provided good or service but I never got any service delivered. Usually where I used to live, you get the SIM you activate it, and give your banking details and then your contract/billing starts. Do you see a way for me to solve that case with them ? It’s a matter of 100CHF, I could afford it, but I don’t want to give them free money for nothing. submitted by /u/Tasty-Tea-2112
