AI is making information, writing, and technical execution cheaper every year. That may make two human abilities more important: judgment and connection. Judgment means knowing which problem is worth solving, which answer is actually reliable, and when the obvious solution is wrong. Connection means understanding people, building trust, noticing what is left unsaid, and turning separate ideas into something useful. AI can generate ten possible strategies. It may still need a human to decide which one matters. It can write a polite message. It may still struggle to understand why that message will hurt someone.
