I maintain OpenLTM (author). It’s a long-term memory store coding agents can write to and search later — local SQLite, embeddings for semantic recall, decay so old noise fades. Wire it into Claude Code the same way you would any local tool host that can call out to a memory DB. Same database also works with OpenCode, Pi, and OpenClaw if you bounce between hosts.
