Unfortunately I had a miscarriage in week 8 and my health insurance now says the pregnancy is now not categorized as pregnancy but as illness and therefore I will have to pay the deductible and copayment (Franchise und Selbstbehalt) not only of the cost due to the miscarriage but also on the ultrasound and blood analyses before the miscarriage. Had I not miscarried it had been categorized as pregnancy abd everything had been free 😭. Is anyone a lawyer here and can help me?
