I am trying to open a Yuh account, while it seems like I completed all steps required when I entered the app, I got a notification that they need a proof of residency (I had sent the swiss b permit, but it doesn’t have the address). Since I am subrenting I don’t have phone or heating bills, so I sent some documents, e.g. the letter, sent to my address, that the townhall sent me when I also received the permit). However I havent had answer for like 10 days. They claim they are busy and so slow at answering, anyone in a similar situation? How long are they actually taking? submitted by /u/Low_Leading_2282
