I resigned from my current job and have a 3-month notice period . I have it confirmed in writing that my last working day is 30 November 2026 . I have also already signed a new contract starting 1 December 2026 . now experiencing passive aggressivity from management If I become medically unfit for work due to burnout/stress during my notice period, will my last working day of 30 November be pushed back by the number of days I am sick, or does it remain 30 November?
