I’m 24M, never asked out a girl in person before. I tutor with a girl (we’re both tutors), I was planning on asking her out to lunch after our tutorial next week. She’s generally friendly, remembers small things about me, initiates conversation in person (even when we run out of topics) but I don’t see any signs that she gives me, that she doesn’t give to other guys. I’m just going to put myself out of my misery by asking her out, and based on her reaction, I can either move on with or without her. Like I said, I haven’t asked a girl out before, so I’d like to hear how it went for you guys. I’m especially interested in men who asked out a girl for the first time when they were adults. submitted by /u/blickt42
