There should be a law or something preventing this right? They are saying all systems are operational and I have been fighting over 1 hour to get a response for my prompt. It waits 5 minutes, crashes, asking me check my VPN (I don’t have a VPN) and telling it is a problem on my end. It works once and crashes again, and again and again. I see other people complaining here about the same thing but status page is still green. Funny thing is, I was about to cancel my Max 5 and decided to give another month and paid 108 euros this morning and lost 2 hours, not completing my task and being gaslighted.
