Hi all, I am supposed to fly to Florence tomorrow at 08:50 from Zurich - flight with SWISS. This morning, I received an update that I was put on the waiting list, no boarding pass. I checked with customer service, they can’t do anything. They advised me to go to the airport tomorrow, 2+ hours before the flight, and check with the staff at the gate. Now comes the kicker… they are still selling tickets for the exact same flight. So my 500 CHF was not enough for SWISS, I suppose… Any advice dear community? submitted by /u/jele_b
