More than a year ago, Aliexpress gained a MWST Number and is now considered an in-country company. MWST is paid directly on purchase. Still, it often happened (even to me) that tax and import fee still had to be paid. So there was double tax + import to pay. There was even an SRF Espresso article about this Has this been resolved now? Has anyone ordered from aliexpress >65 CHF recently and can report if they still get double taxed? submitted by /u/Uranium_Donut_
