I’m 22, i recently got a job, at CTS, I come home at 3 am, I have no friends, i do spend the time living at home with my family and after that there is no one to talk to. This loneliness is not from the past few months it’s from my childhood. I never understood why I am always alone but I never felt alone. You know right being alone and feeling alone are different? But after the women who I love left me the feeling of loneliness amplified, no matter what I do, where I’m I always feel alone. Yes I do have a healthy lifestyle I’m training for a state level bodybuilder. No matter how much I make my day busy I always feel alone some darkness or void in my heart making all the happiness I had in the whole day vanish as the movement she comes in my mind. So yeah thanks for listening to my rant. If any tips for loneliness please say I do need it. submitted by /u/AnimatorStrange7742
