Hello. I’m a new user, and wanted to give the famous opus 5.5 a spin. I’m used to the rodeo so I went straight for the max plan, but got hit with an id verification request before being able to pay. Is there any way to address this? I wanted to email them and ask for alternative verification methods - whatever does not involve Persona -, but I am not sure that will help the situation.
