I tried google but saw conflicting answers (use hot water, use cold water, use soap, don’t use soap, etc.), so I thought I’d ask the people who may have done this before. It’s already dried (it was on my back and I wasn’t thinking and sat on the couch) because I didn’t notice it in the dark. Obviously can’t put it in the wash.
