During COVID I gained a lot of weight. For the last 3 years I’ve been consistent in the gym and completely transformed my physique. I’m leaner and built now, but I still have persistent “puffy nipples” that seem like mild gyno. It’s annoying because it’s the one thing holding my physique back. For those who’ve dealt with this, is there anything that actually helps? Specific training adjustments? Body fat levels? Hormone testing? Or is surgery realistically the only permanent fix? submitted by /u/Secure_Crazy_6056
