run a small web design side business next to school and I’m drowning in leads, follow-ups and appointments. I already built a dashboard with Claude inside Obsidian. It works, but I never open it, and its lagging all the time. So before I build the next thing, I want to see what actually sticks for other people and helps them to keep their live together because I often forget meetings and stuff like that I want it really clean and handy.
- What do you use every day to see what’s next? Web app, Notion, something custom?
