I’m working on a big game idea that I’ve had for years but could never achieve before then because i’m not a big coder (i know some python and js but that’s about it). These past 3 weeks i’ve used the Pro plan and no matter how thinly I’ve been trying to stretch every last token, optimizing everything, i’d always run out of weekly 2-ish days before the reset. That’s only one agent working on the game, usually opusplan on high thinking. Still drained everything like crazy. So, I bit the bullet and upgraded to Max x5. I expected some increase but HOLY, for my usage it’s just HUGE. I’ve been running 3-4 agents in parallel since yesterday, all opus 5.5 on xhigh, and right now i’ve only spent 13% of the weekly usage (which resets tomorrow at noon so i’m tryna get the most out of this one). Never hit the 5-hour limit and some of my agents have been up all night doing some deep research, stuff that would’ve nuked my former plan out of orbit. Since yesterday afternoon I’ve made progress that I estimated would’ve taken me 5 days to a week with my former plan. Needless to say, best purchase in recent memory.
