Yes, mtx means it’s a no but unless dual login under one membership happens, I just don’t see widespread adoption of rs3. I also think Rs3 shines more as a storytelling game so it’s a shame that a lot of the quests aren’t cinematic (more audio and cutscenes would be good) and are so rough to get through submitted by /u/Amaterasu343
