First time posting in this community and I’ve just been struggling recently and need some advice. Some background I’m a 19m and my fiancé is 20f we’ve been dating for almost three years and planning our wedding right now. I love her so much and am so proud of everything she is and becoming. We are both strong Christians and saving sex for marriage, but we have fulled around a lot with intimacy outside of sex I have always enjoyed every second of it and often times until recently found myself thinking about sex with her all throughout my day. Earlier on in our relationship I told her about how I used to watch porn and I watch it twice while we were dating, that really hurt her especially because of her past experiences and that caused hardships for us but we worked passed it. So for the past two years I would say our intimacy has been amazing we dated long distance for a few months during that and would talk dirty to each other all the time and as soon as we would get to see each other we couldn’t keep each other away it was amazing. Recently however when she would be flirting with me over text I wouldn’t be as into it as before and when we were actually doing things I noticed my mind not being present. I never want to make her think that she’s not attractive or not enough or that I don’t want her and now anytime we start getting intimate I get so in my head and not present that I don’t enjoy it like I used to. This has caused multiple hardships for us and constant hard conversations. She feels that she is to blame and that I don’t want her anymore but I do want her more than anything I just don’t get the same constant desires like I used to and when we do stuff I’m not able to be present. I really am trying to get past this, yes for her because I want to give her that aspect of our relationship, but also for me because I really miss the freeness I felt during intimacy. Any advice would be very helpful and if needed I’m willing to get my blood tested for my hormone levels or get on medication, just want to be able to have that connection with her again. submitted by /u/Background_Hair_6278
