Hi all, new to this sub. I am 39 and I’ve never been fitness-inclined. Courtesy WW, exercise, and Zepbound I went from 254lbs to 200lbs since 2024. That said, I can run a 10K now and my calves are in great shape, but I still have a gut and I’ve always wanted to get some abs and arm muscles—but I’ve never enjoyed gym time. Between my ADHD, and having a hard time sticking to things that don’t have a quick action-to-reward cycle, I’ve had a hard time knowing if Im doing things right or not and end up quitting. Am I too late to the game? How long do results generally start to show/how much time investment are we talking? Also if I lack an exercise buddy but I know an accountability partner would help, do I have to just suck it up and hire a trainer? Any advice, plans, etc, would be huge! submitted by /u/ThinkAd9700
