So apparently in this country you can get evicted from your building in the blink of an eye for a demolition with no negotiation margin, but if you add a refugee center you can delay the demolition for 8 years. Bottom line: if you don’t want to lose your house, add a refugee center to the building. It’s conditional for housing rights.
