Gentlemen, I was born with a hormone deficiency which delayed my puberty and as a result my shlong (shlort in my scenario) only grew to 3.5in hard (4 if pressed) and quite thin. Obviously it’s an insecurity, every girl I’ve been with in the past either left because of it or because I was too anxious to move things forward to the physical stage. Once I hit 25 I decided I’m no longer gonna let it hold me back and dated a couple of fairly attractive women. When I hit 27, I was introduced to a girl by a mutual friend. We hit it off right away. I waited to get physical because I wanted to see and trust if this girl could be long term relationship material. She was and we lived a beautiful 2.5 years together. I know where I’m lacking so I’ve always vocalized my issues, and made sure she was aware and taken care of. Tongue, toys, fingers, passion, teasing, you name it, we did it all. The whole time she claimed my dick wasn’t an issue, so the more comfortable I got, the more fun things got. Now over the years, I’ve noticed small conflict-avoiding white lies, which I let slide because communication is not her strength. She grew up in a very controlling household and basically was conditioned to keep her mouth closed so she wouldn’t be harassed or called names. After the small lies added up, she finally admitted she couldn’t feel me inside her after putting it in, and faked a lot. This shattered my heart. It made me question everything outside of penetration. To build on that, I also found out she was lying about many of the experiences she’s had in the past to make it seem like we were sharing unique first-time experiences. I was lied to and pitied by the girl who was supposed to be my partner. Me and her against the world type relationship. Here’s the thing, I’m not delusional, I know my situation sucks. I know there’s better dick out there, average dick as a matter of fact that could outperform me without even trying. I don’t let it control my identity but there will always be a small part of me (lol) that feels hella insecure and this pushed me beyond that point. I’ve told her she needs therapy because even though we had heart to hearts, cried to one another, talked about how important truth is in a relationship, I still had to pull all this information out of her little by little. I broke off the relationship and commitment immediately because I can’t believe anything that comes out of her mouth anymore. She’s distraught, losing sleep, throwing up, panicking because she doesn’t want to lose me. But she’s still terrified to speak her mind and be honest. So now here’s my question, how do I process this? Do I fight for the love that we share which was very real or do I leave and live with the knowledge that the next one can very well do this to me again (I’ve had much worse than this). TLDR: my dick is clinically small, my girlfriend claimed it wasn’t a problem. Turns out it was and she couldn’t feel me in her. She didn’t tell me when I asked but she did disclose it to her cousin and called our sex bad. And lied about better sex in the past because she pitied me and didn’t wanna hurt me. How do I bounce back. submitted by /u/AppropriateFunny7142
