I’m a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and full stack developer and have built a couple of AI-driven web apps for commercial real estate modeling and equity analysis. Technically they worked fine, but I’m not convinced they really hit strong product–market fit. I am definitely in the trap of strong products with poor market fit because I am a bit far away from the end users. (Typically mistake for a solo developer/founder) Recently I have cooled down to think what actually the market needs.
