I’m currently on Claude Max 5x and I’m considering upgrading to Max 20x. Before doing that, I was wondering: if I cancel my Max 5x subscription, does Anthropic ever offer a discount or retention offer to keep you subscribed? And if they don’t offer anything, can I just switch to Max 20x afterwards?
