Hey guys, if you missed it, BigBear.ai settled $2.5 million with investors over claims related to the SPAC merger that created the company. And, I just found out that they’re accepting claims even though the deadline has passed. Quick recap: In 2023 , BigBear.ai’s predecessor, GigCapital4, was accused of breaching fiduciary duties and unjustly enriching its directors, officers, and controllers in connection with the merger with Legacy BigBear. The lawsuit challenged how the merger and related transactions were handled. The merger closed in December 2021, and GigCapital4 became BigBear.ai Holdings. Investors later filed a lawsuit over the alleged breaches of fiduciary duty and unjust enrichment. Now, the good news is that the company agreed to settle $2.5 million with investors, and even though the deadline has passed, late claims are being considered for compensation, subject to approval. So, if you invested in $BBAI in 2021, you can still check the details and file your claim here . Anyway, has anyone here invested in $BBAI at that time? How much were your losses, if so? submitted by /u/JuniorCharge4571
