So this is a question for those of you who take an antidepressant. I (25M) am on Zoloft for OCD and anxiety for almost 5 years. While it helps me manage my symptoms I got some side effects which I am concerned of. What I am talking about:
- inability to finish during sex
- emotional blunting (makes it harder for me to tell if I am in love or not) Please keep it respectful I am not proud of beeing on this med for so long already and even more scared when I think how long I might need to take it. I do counseling, sports, have social life even tried tapering of but it’s not working, the med is really helping me with my mental illness. So I’d like to ask how you manage those sideeffects and how it’s impacting your dating life? Also how do you handle the stigma around those kind of meds? submitted by /u/Whole_Depth_5109
