I’ll fully admit I’m not a rockstar dev, but I’ve been in the game for more than a decade, staff engineer in a few high complexity roles, MS from Georgia tech - not tooting my own horn - but HFS once you get to decently complex code bases I’m struggling to get Fable to keep on target. I don’t care what anyone says, more intent less specifics, fewer guardrails more adversarial reviews, more cosmic energy less typing- getting a project that’s outside training data is hard as fuck. For reference, I’m building a factory to build agents to work on “business stuff” - non product engineering. The amount of steering, the level of multiple entry points, the volume of circular dependencies…. Feel free to call it a skill issue, I’m down to get schooled. submitted by /u/actual-time-traveler
