I am now on conversation attempt number 5 trying to get this waste of computing power to connect me to a human. Constantly told to “reply to an email” - that is never actually sent. Countless emails from Jagex in that email, inbox and spam both checked… nothing ever arrives. And so I sit here in limbo bordering on mental breakdown as I argue with a microwave. I am completely unable to sign in whether website or launcher due to some “sorry, you have been blocked” error. And now, instead of getting support THROUGH THE ACTUAL SUPPORT CHANNEL ON THE SITE, I am reduced to playing Reddit lottery to see if a mod notices my post to figure out why my network is being blocked.
