I made a mod for the Claude Code CLI that switches between your saved Claude accounts without restarting anything. Type /account, press 1-9, and your next message goes out on the other account. Same session, same conversation, no /logout or /login. You log in once per account and it remembers them. It also shows 5h and weekly usage for each account, so you can see which one still has room.
