Grüezi, I’ve been on the job market for several months now, and I’ve come across several job postings from Rocken. There are plenty of them, all over Switzerland. I’ve only applied to the ones that perfectly match my profile (experience, skills, location). Each time, I received a quick rejection—either in the middle of the night or on the weekend (or both). It was too fast for a real person to have reviewed anything. I suspect there’s an AST filter at play here, but my applications are specifically tailored to pass through it. The worst part is that the response says there are currently no positions that match my profile. Which is objectively false. There are always three or four. So I’m wondering if anyone has ever found a job with Rocken or has at least been contacted by an in-person employee? submitted by /u/AppropriateResort914
