Yes, this is the correct subreddit. As a woman, I can get moody, irritable, and experience the whole spectrum of emotions imaginable within the span of 14 days, but I don’t think I’m necessarily a huge hindrance to the people around me…I think. My question is, from an outside perspective, how difficult or overwhelming is it to witness PMS in someone you’re close to, whether that’s your SO or a female relative? How do you handle it, and what’s it like from the outside looking in? Edit: I should’ve clarified further or worded it better. I was leaning more towards whether you notice any changes in her mood that you can attribute to PMS. Have you noticed a pattern? submitted by /u/LanaABC
