Opus wiped an entire sub folder by accident: Opus 5.5: One mishap, fixed. The tool that copies the release into your public repo folder wiped that folder, including its git history, when its secret-scan stopped on a false alarm. Nothing was lost, because that history is the [removed] commit you already pushed. I re-cloned it from GitHub, fixed the tool so it can’t happen again, and committed [removed] there as [removed] under your GitHub no-reply address In its defense, opus 5 has wiped a file or two by accident, and had to rebuild it.
