Hi guys, I’m a bit of a tourist and mainly picked OSRS back up before WoW forever comes back. I played when I was very young like 10-12 YO, was a member for a bit and then lost the account. Recently made a new account and set myself the goal of completing all F2P quests including dragon slayer which I never accomplished back in the day. I just wanted to say I’ve been having a blast, it’s unbelievably addictive setting your own goals and ticking them off. OSRS just had a charm about it. I remember some quests like the Rum smuggling in Karamja took me hours as a kids to figure out, the quests have so much humour in them and can be challenging if you don’t already know how to do them. It’s been truly refreshing to play a different MMO I’ve actually enjoyed that I can sink hours into just mindlessly grinding skills if I need, but also has surprisingly depth to it also. Anyways, I came in expecting to be a tourist but I anticipate when I have hit some F2P goals I’ll pick a membership up, it’s a perfect game to play at the side of my desk while I’m working too. Goals I have are:

  • Get all combat skills to 40+
  • Get magic to 43 for Super Heat
  • Get all BiS armour for melee/ranged
  • get gathering/crafting skills to 30+
  • Try and get 1 million gold without buying a bond Anyways you guys are super lucky to still have OSRS and have Jagex poll on new additions while it still keeps it’s charm. Any tips? submitted by /u/Alternative-Day5268
