I think I’ve realized I’m quite an anxious person, or at least that I’m just noticing it more now. Whenever I try something new, I feel anxious. For example, right now I’m looking at flats and asking a lot of questions, but people keep putting ideas in my mind like, “The flat is small, your items won’t fit.” I know some things may not fit, but I can move them out and sell them if needed. Still, trying anything new always seems to bring anxiety. I don’t know why, but this has started happening in the last one or two years. I think maybe now that I’m in my 30s, my mindset is changing. Earlier, I used to take on many challenges, but it doesn’t feel the same anymore. It’s not like I have a lot of responsibilities right now I’m unmarried, have no kids, and so on. Even then, I don’t want to get married unless I find the right person, which feels impossible based on my dating experience. Even when I think about marriage, I end up building so many negative scenarios in my mind. submitted by /u/31_still_Loading
