Hello! I don’t really want to write to much here and prefer help in the DMs but I wonder how can I approach a avoidant attachment ex and reconnect, make him take responsibility for his action. Because I’m now in a situation where if I reach out to him my parents will disown me, but I want him to reach out , fix it and make him fix it with my parents without them knowing.
